Stat. tit. 26, § 26-12-113","heading":"Dates","body":"Such proclamation shall contain the following facts:\n\n1. A filing period of three (3) days, on a Monday, Tuesday and\n\nWednesday, not less than ten (10) days from the date of such\n\nproclamation;\n\n2. The date of the Special Primary Election, not less than\n\ntwenty (20) days after the close of the filing period; and\n\n3.
