Stat. tit. 26, § 26-14-105","heading":"Voters absent from county on election day - Application","body":"for ballot.\n\nA. Any registered voter may apply for an absentee ballot in\n\nperson at the county election board, by United States mail, by\n\nfacsimile device as defined in Section 1862 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes or by a means of electronic communication\n\ndesignated by the Secretary of the State Election Board. The\n\nSecretary of the State Election Board shall prescribe a form to be\n\nused for the application, although any application setting forth\n\nsubstantially the same facts shall be valid.\n\nB. 1. A registered voter applying for an absentee ballot by\n\nmeans of electronic communication shall provide his or her name,\n\nbirth date, an identification number, and other information as may\n\nbe prescribed by the Secretary of the State Election Board. The\n\nname, birth date, and identification number provided on the\n\napplication must match the name, birth date, and identification\n\nnumber in the voter registration record in order to apply for an\n\nabsentee ballot pursuant to this subsection.\n\n2. If the voter does not recall which identification number he\n\nor she included in the voter registration record, the voter may\n\nprovide multiple identification numbers, at least one of which must\n\nmatch the identification number in the voter registration record if\n\nsuch record included an identification number. If the name, birth\n\ndate, or any identification number provided does not match the voter\n\nregistration record, the voter shall be informed of the failure to\n\nmatch the voter registration record and shall be provided\n\ninformation and instruction to contact the county election board.\n\n3. If the voter registration record on file with the county\n\nelection board does not contain a birth date or identification\n\nnumber, the voter shall not be eligible to apply for an absentee\n\nballot by means of electronic communication but may apply for an\n\nabsentee ballot pursuant to subsection C of this section.\n\n4. Identifying information such as birth date and\n\nidentification number shall not be modified online in an existing\n\nvoter registration except as provided in Section 4-109.4 of this\n\ntitle.\n\n5. No later than January 1, 2023, a registered voter applying\n\nfor an absentee ballot pursuant to this subsection who meets the\n\ncriteria provided in Section 7-115.1 of this title shall be required\n\nto confirm his or her address prior to submitting an application for\n\nabsentee ballot by means of electronic communication.\n\nC. 1. A registered voter applying for an absentee ballot in\n\nperson, by United States mail, or by facsimile device shall provide\n\nhis or her name, birth date, an identification number, and other\n\ninformation as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the State\n\nElection Board. The name, birth date, and identification number\n\nprovided on the application must match the name, birth date, and\n\nidentification number in the voter registration record.\n\n2. If the voter does not recall which identification number he\n\nor she included in the voter registration record, the voter may\n\nprovide multiple identification numbers, at least one of which must\n\nmatch the identification number in the voter registration record if\n\nsuch record included an identification number. If the voter\n\nregistration record does not contain a birth date or an\n\nidentification number, the absentee ballot application shall be\n\naccepted without a match of a birth date or an identification\n\nnumber.\n\nD.
