Stat. tit. 26, § 26-14-114","heading":"Elector confined to nursing facility outside county","body":"If the secretary of a county election board receives such a\n\nrequest from an incapacitated elector confined to a nursing\n\nfacility, as defined in Section 1-1902 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, outside the county of jurisdiction of the secretary, the\n\nsecretary shall provide ballots and materials by mail in the manner\n\nhereinbefore prescribed.
