Stat. tit. 26, § 26-14-118.1","heading":"Failure to receive mailed ballot in time to be","body":"counted - Transmission by facsimile device.\n\nIn the event that an absentee ballot mailed to a voter\n\nidentified by Section 14-142 of this title or otherwise transmitted\n\nto a voter as provided by law cannot be received by the voter, voted\n\nand returned to the secretary of the county election board in the\n\ncounty of the residence of the voter in time to be counted, the\n\nsecretary shall be authorized to transmit a ballot for federal\n\noffices by facsimile device as defined in Section 1862 of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, provided that the voter has made a timely\n\napplication for an absentee ballot. The voter may transmit by\n\nfacsimile device the voted ballot only to the location designated by\n\nthe Secretary of the State Election Board. Regular absentee ballots\n\nalso shall be mailed to the voter, and if the regular ballots are\n\nreturned by the voter and received by the secretary of the county\n\nelection board in time to be counted, the ballot transmitted by\n\nfacsimile device shall not be counted.
