Stat. tit. 26, § 26-14-140","heading":"Assignment of overseas voters to precincts","body":"In registering to vote, an overseas voter who is eligible to\n\nvote in this state shall use and must be assigned to the voting\n\nprecinct of the address of the last place of residence of the voter\n\nin this state, or, in the case of a voter described by subparagraph\n\nc of paragraph 1 of Section 2 of this act, the address of the last\n\nplace of residence in this state of the parent or legal guardian of\n\nthe voter.
