For an election described in paragraph 1 or 2 of Section 3\n\nof this act for which this state has not received a waiver pursuant\n\nto Section 579 of the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act,\n\n42 U.S.C. 1973ff-1(g)(2), the election official in each jurisdiction\n\ncharged with distributing a ballot and balloting materials shall\n\ntransmit a ballot and balloting materials to all covered voters who\n\nsubmit a valid military-overseas ballot application as required by\n\nSection 14-118 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. A covered voter who requests that a ballot and balloting\n\nmaterials be sent to the voter by electronic transmission may choose\n\nfacsimile transmission or electronic mail delivery, or, if offered\n\nby the voter’s jurisdiction, Internet delivery. The election\n\nofficial in each jurisdiction charged with distributing a ballot and\n\nballoting materials shall transmit the ballot and balloting\n\nmaterials to the voter using the means of transmission chosen by the\n\nvoter.\n\nC.
