Stat. tit. 26, § 26-16-102","heading":"Voting illegally","body":"Any person who votes more than once at any election, who votes\n\nin a precinct after having transferred voter registration to a new\n\nprecinct, or who, knowing that he or she is not eligible to vote at\n\nan election, willfully votes at said election shall be deemed guilty\n\nof a Class D1 felony offense. Any voter covered by Section 14-116\n\nof this title who willingly votes and submits an absentee ballot\n\npursuant to Section 14-104.1 of this title later than the day of the\n\nelection shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense.
