It shall be a felony for any person to engage in or to\n\nconspire to engage in absentee ballot harvesting, as defined in\n\nSection 1 of this act, involving ten or more absentee ballots at any\n\nelection conducted in this state by a county election board, the\n\nState Election Board or a political subdivision of this state.\n\nB.
