Any person who knowingly conspires to commit fraud or\n\nperpetrates fraud, or who steals supplies used to conduct an\n\nelection, in order to change a voter's vote, or to change the\n\ncomposition of the official ballot or ballots, or to change the\n\ncounting of the ballots, or to change the certification of the\n\nresults of an election, shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense.\n\nB. At every precinct there shall be posted information,\n\nprovided by the State Election Board, which states the penalties for\n\nvoter fraud and states that, if voter fraud is suspected, complaints\n\nshould be reported to the State Election Board.\n\nC. The State Election Board shall, upon receiving the\n\ncomplaint:\n\n1. Document such complaint and request the name and mailing\n\naddress of the person making the complaint;\n\n2. Send a letter to the person making the complaint, stating\n\nthe penalties for voter fraud and the option of contacting the\n\ndistrict attorney in the county where such fraud is suspected; and\n\n3. Provide the district attorney’s name and phone number.\n\nD.
