Any person who, by means of coercion, providing false or\n\nmisleading information or any other method, knowingly attempts to\n\nprevent a qualified elector from becoming registered, or a\n\nregistered voter from voting, shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1\n\nfelony offense.\n\nB.
