It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to engage in or to\n\nconspire to engage in absentee ballot harvesting, as defined in\n\nSection 1 of this act, involving fewer than ten absentee ballots at\n\nany election conducted in this state by a county election board, the\n\nState Election Board or a subdivision of this state.\n\nB.
