Stat. tit. 26, § 26-2-101.4","heading":"Vacancy by failure to attend meetings - Filling","body":"A vacancy shall occur when a member fails to attend five (5)\n\nconsecutive meetings of the Board or when a member changes his party\n\naffiliation. It shall be the duty of the other two (2) members of\n\nthe Board to notify the Governor and the state central committee\n\naffected should such a vacancy occur.
