Stat. tit. 26, § 26-2-122","heading":"Maintenance of records - Records public","body":"The secretary of the county election board shall maintain the\n\nrecords of the office, and such records shall be open for public\n\ninspection during regular office hours unless otherwise provided by\n\nlaw. The county election board office shall be open a minimum of\n\nsix (6) consecutive hours per day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and\n\nholidays.
