Each precinct within each county shall have at least three\n\n(3) precinct officials: an inspector, a judge and a clerk.\n\nB. One of the aforementioned precinct officials shall be a\n\nregistered voter from the political party with the largest number of\n\nregistered voters in the state and shall be appointed from the list\n\nsubmitted by that political party as provided in Section 2-124 of\n\nthis title.\n\nC. One of the aforementioned precinct officials shall be a\n\nregistered voter from the political party with the second largest\n\nnumber of registered voters in the state, and shall be appointed\n\nfrom the list submitted by that political party as provided in\n\nSection 2-124 of this title.\n\nD.
