Stat. tit. 26, § 26-3-107","heading":"State Election Board Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Election Board to be designated \"The State Election\n\nBoard Revolving Fund.\" The fund shall consist of monies received by\n\nthe State Election Board pursuant to statutory provisions, but not\n\nincluding appropriated funds. The revolving fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be\n\nunder the administrative direction of the Secretary of the State\n\nElection Board. Expenditures from said fund shall be made pursuant\n\nto the laws of this state and the statutes relating to the said\n\nBoard without legislative appropriation.
