Stat. tit. 26, § 26-3-107.2","heading":"State Election Board Help America Vote Act Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Election Board to be designated the \"State\n\nElection Board Help America Vote Act Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of monies received from federal grants related to\n\nthe Help America Vote Act of 2002 unless otherwise provided by\n\nfederal law or regulation, or any other source. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the State Election Board for authorized\n\npurposes.
