Stat. tit. 26, § 26-3-107.3","heading":"State Election Board Voting System Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Election Board to be designated the “State Election\n\nBoard Voting System Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the State Election Board from funds\n\nappropriated by the Legislature provided for the purchase,\n\ninstallation, maintenance, and security of a unitary, unified,\n\nintegrated system of election administration for this state as\n\ndescribed in Section 21-101 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State Election\n\nBoard for the purpose provided for in this section.
