Stat. tit. 26, § 26-3-108","heading":"County Election Board Special Depository Account","body":"A special depository account, to be designated \"County Election\n\nBoard Special Depository Account\", shall be used in each county for\n\nreceipt and disbursement of monies received by said county election\n\nboard pursuant to statutory provisions, but not including\n\nappropriated funds. The special depository account shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be\n\nunder the administrative direction of the secretary of the county\n\nelection board. Said special depository account shall be\n\nestablished and administered pursuant to Section 68l et seq. of\n\nTitle 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
