Stat. tit. 26, § 26-3-109","heading":"Training for county election board personnel","body":"Prior to the General Election of 1976, and every two (2) years\n\nthereafter, the Secretary of the State Election Board shall cause to\n\nbe conducted a training program for the members and employees of\n\neach county election board.
