Stat. tit. 26, § 26-3-125","heading":"Oaths of office","body":"\n\nAll persons appointed as members of the State Election Board or\n\na county election board shall, before entering upon the duties of\n\ntheir offices, take and subscribe to the oath of office prescribed\n\nby the Constitution for state and county officers.
