Stat. tit. 26, § 26-3-131","heading":"Authority to employ security measures to protect voting","body":"process.\n\nSubject to available funding, the Secretary of the State\n\nElection Board is authorized to employ such security measures as may\n\nbe necessary to protect the voting devices, election system or voter\n\nregistration system, and any associated hardware, software or\n\nnetworks of these systems, from cyber security threats or physical\n\nsecurity threats.
