A qualified elector may apply to register to vote or update\n\na registration to vote by:\n\n1. Delivering by mail or otherwise a completed voter\n\nregistration application to the State Election Board or any county\n\nelection board;\n\n2. Completing a voter registration application in person with\n\nany official of an agency described in Section 4-109.2 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n3. Completing a voter registration application in person as\n\npart of an application for issuance, renewal or change of address\n\nfor a driver license or issuance of a state identification card\n\nissued pursuant to Section 6-105 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes with a designated representative of Service Oklahoma; or\n\n4. Completing a voter registration application electronically\n\nas provided in Section 4-109.4 of this title.\n\nB. The secretary of the county election board for the county of\n\nthe applicant's residence shall send to each applicant by\n\nnonforwardable, first-class United States mail a notice of the\n\ndisposition of the application. Notice mailing costs shall be paid\n\nby the county.
