Stat. tit. 26, § 26-4-109","heading":"Locations","body":"The Secretary of the State Election Board shall designate\n\nlocations where voter registration applications will be available\n\nfor distribution. The secretary of each county election board may,\n\nwith approval of the Secretary of the State Election Board,\n\ndesignate additional locations where voter registration applications\n\nwill be available for distribution. Preference shall be given to\n\npublic libraries, public buildings and other locations where large\n\nnumbers of potential voters may be located.
