Stat. tit. 26, § 26-4-118","heading":"Change of residence to another county","body":"Any registered voter who changes his or her residence to another\n\ncounty may apply for registration as an initial registrant in such\n\nother county. Such person shall indicate his or her prior\n\nregistration information, including name, residence address and\n\ncounty and political affiliation, as appropriate, on the voter\n\nregistration application. The secretary of the election board of\n\nthe second county shall immediately notify the Secretary of the\n\nState Election Board of such transaction.
