The registration of any registered voter shall be canceled\n\nonly for one of the following reasons:\n\n1. Written notice from the voter pursuant to Section 4-120.1 of\n\nthis title;\n\n2. Death;\n\n3. Conviction of a felony;\n\n4. Judicial determination of mental incapacitation under Title\n\n30 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Registration in another county or state;\n\n6. Failure to respond to a confirmation of address mailing and\n\nfailure to vote as prescribed in Section 4-120.2 of this title;\n\n7. The surrendering of the voter’s Oklahoma driver license to\n\nService Oklahoma upon being issued a driver license in another\n\nstate;\n\n8. Being excused from jury duty for not being a citizen of the\n\nUnited States; or\n\n9. Determination that the voter is not a citizen of the United\n\nStates.\n\nB. For purposes of this section, paragraphs 5 and 7 of\n\nsubsection A of this section shall constitute confirmation from the\n\nvoter to cancel his or her voter registration due to a change of\n\nresidence.\n\nC.
