Stat. tit. 26, § 26-4-120.11","heading":"Voter registration database query – Investigation of","body":"residential addresses with high number of registered voters.\n\nA. No later than June 1 of each year, the State Election Board\n\nshall perform a query of the entire voter registration database to\n\ndetermine how many individuals are registered at the same\n\nresidential address.\n\nB. If more than ten registered voters share a single\n\nresidential address, the State Election Board shall provide a list\n\nof said voters to the secretary of the county election board, who\n\nshall immediately notify the district attorney for that county.\n\nC. Upon receipt of such notification, the district attorney, or\n\na member of law enforcement designated by the district attorney,\n\nshall investigate any possible criminal violation of the law related\n\nto the voter registration.\n\nD. Provided, this section shall not apply to registered voters\n\nsharing a residential address at a facility licensed or certified by\n\nthis state, if required by law, such as an assisted living facility,\n\nresidential care facility, nursing home, veterans center, medical\n\nfacility, multiunit housing, installations of the Armed Forces of\n\nthe United States where uniformed or overseas voters, as defined by\n\nthe Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, are\n\nstationed, or other locations authorized in writing by the Secretary\n\nof the State Election Board.","path":["OK Code","Title 26"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os26.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0ab88c27571fe9e3842d7f9ea6e9338d54ddd9a0b02f69d6d96c13465eca4d4a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-26-26-4-120.10","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-26-26-4-120.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
