The court clerk in each county shall prepare each month a\n\nlist of all persons who have been adjudged incapacitated and provide\n\nthe list to the secretary of the county election board. The\n\nsecretary shall cancel the registration of each registered voter\n\nincluded on the list, and the person shall be ineligible for\n\nregistration until he or she has been adjudged no longer\n\nincapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction.\n\nB. The court clerk in each county shall prepare each month a\n\nlist of all persons who were excused from jury duty for not being a\n\ncitizen of the United States and provide the list to the secretary\n\nof the county election board.
