Stat. tit. 26, § 26-5-115","heading":"Withdrawals from primary","body":"Any candidate may withdraw as a candidate only upon the filing\n\nof a written notice of withdrawal as a candidate with the secretary\n\nof the election board which accepted such candidate’s declaration of\n\ncandidacy.
