Stat. tit. 26, § 26-5-116","heading":"Withdrawals from runoff primary","body":"A candidate in a Runoff Primary Election may withdraw as a\n\ncandidate upon the filing of a written notice of withdrawal as a\n\ncandidate with the secretary of the election board which accepted\n\nsaid candidate's declaration of candidacy.
