Stat. tit. 26, § 26-5-117","heading":"Declarations of Candidacy must be accepted - Exceptions","body":"The secretary of any election board shall accept any Declaration\n\nof Candidacy which the secretary is authorized to accept, except\n\nsuch Declaration which on its face shows that the candidate does not\n\nmeet the qualifications to become a candidate for the office set\n\nforth as contained in the Oklahoma Constitution, statutes or\n\nresolution calling the election.
