Stat. tit. 26, § 26-5-118","heading":"Contests of candidacy","body":"Any candidate, hereafter referred to as petitioner, may contest\n\nthe candidacy of any other candidate for the same office, hereafter\n\nreferred to as contestee, by filing a written petition with the\n\nsecretary of the election board with whom said candidate filed the\n\ndeclaration of candidacy.
