Stat. tit. 26, § 26-5-131","heading":"Disposition of deposits","body":"In the event the petitioner is successful at said hearing, his\n\ndeposit shall be returned to him, and all costs of such hearing\n\nshall be deducted from the deposit of the contestee, and the\n\nbalance, if any, shall be returned to said contestee.
