Stat. tit. 26, § 26-7-122","heading":"Spoiled ballots","body":"Should a voter spoil any ballot in an effort to vote the same,\n\nthe voter shall fold the ballot and return it to the clerk. The\n\nclerk shall destroy the ballot in the presence of the voter and\n\nshall issue the voter another ballot in the same manner that the\n\nfirst one was provided.
