Stat. tit. 26, § 26-7-123.1","heading":"Physical inability to enter election enclosure - Oath","body":"- Assistance.\n\nWhen any voter states that he or she is able to reach the\n\nlocation of the polling place, but because of a physical disability\n\nor infirmity other than visual is unable to enter the election\n\nenclosure, the inspector shall administer an oath to the voter in\n\nwhich the voter shall swear to or affirm the fact of such disability\n\nor infirmity. Should a voter so qualify himself or herself, it\n\nshall be the duty of two (2) precinct officials, of different\n\npolitical parties, to give the voter such assistance as needed in\n\nvoting. Such assistance shall afford as much privacy to the voter\n\nin marking ballots as is practical.
