Following the election, the secretary of the county election\n\nboard shall cause each registered voter who cast a ballot to be\n\ncredited with voting in said election according to procedures\n\nspecified by the Secretary of the State Election Board.\n\nB. 1. The secretary of the county election board shall record\n\na voter's method of voting for each voter in the voter credit\n\ndescribed in subsection A of this section, but shall not disclose to\n\nthe public the method of voting for any voter except as allowed in\n\nthis subsection.\n\n2. A voter's method of voting contained in the voter history\n\nrecord shall not be a public record except for an election held on\n\nthe date of:\n\na. a regularly scheduled federal or state election, or\n\nb. a statewide special election for a state question.\n\n3. For the purposes of this section, \"method of voting\" shall\n\nmean an indication or identification of the method used by a voter\n\nto cast a ballot, including:\n\na. in person on election day,\n\nb. in-person absentee,\n\nc. absentee, or\n\nd. any other method of voting authorized by law.\n\nC.
