Stat. tit. 26, § 26-8-108","heading":"Lists and certificates to be issued","body":"If no contest shall be filed by 5:00 p.m. Friday next following\n\nan election, the county election boards and State Election Board\n\nshall declare the result of such election and shall issue the\n\nappropriate lists or certificates to the successful party as\n\nprovided by law.
