Stat. tit. 26, § 26-8-113","heading":"Agents for candidates","body":"The candidate or individual authorized to request a recount\n\npursuant to Section 8-111 of this title shall be authorized to\n\ncommission in writing no more than one agent in each county wherein\n\nthe recount is being conducted to act in his behalf. Said\n\ncommission shall be filed with the secretary of the appropriate\n\ncounty election board. The same authority shall be granted to any\n\ncontestee.
