Stat. tit. 26, § 26-9-115","heading":"Notice of testing of voting devices","body":"Not less than ten (10) days prior to the testing of the voting\n\ndevices for any partisan election, the secretary of the county\n\nelection board shall mail a notice to the county chair of each\n\npolitical party stating the time and place the voting devices will\n\nbe tested for the election and stating a time at which one\n\nrepresentative of each political party shall be afforded an\n\nopportunity to see that the voting devices are in proper condition\n\nfor use in the election.
