Stat. tit. 27, § 27-10","heading":"Reimbursement of owner for expenses after acquisition","body":"Any person, agency or other entity acquiring real property for\n\npublic use under the laws of this state shall, as soon as\n\npracticable after the date of payment of the purchase price or the\n\ndate of deposit into court of funds to satisfy the award of\n\ncompensation in a condemnation proceeding to acquire real property,\n\nwhichever is the earlier, reimburse the owner for expenses he\n\nnecessarily incurred for:\n\n1. Recording fees, transfer taxes and similar expenses\n\nincidental to conveying such real property;\n\n2. Penalty costs for prepayment for any preexisting recorded\n\nmortgage entered into in good faith encumbering such real property;\n\nand\n\n3.
