Stat. tit. 27, § 27-12","heading":"Inverse condemnation proceedings - Reimbursement of","body":"expenses.\n\nWhere an inverse condemnation proceeding is instituted by the\n\nowner of any right, title or interest in real property because of\n\nuse of his property in any public program or project described in\n\nSection 1 of this act, the court, rendering a judgment for the\n\nplaintiff in such proceeding and awarding compensation for the\n\ntaking of property, or the state's attorney effecting a settlement\n\nof any such proceeding, shall determine an award or allow to such\n\nplaintiff, as a part of such judgment or settlement, such sum as\n\nwill, in the opinion of the court or the acquiring entity's\n\nattorney, respectively, reimburse such plaintiff for his reasonable\n\ncosts, disbursements and expenses, including reasonable attorney,\n\nappraisal and engineering fees, actually incurred because of such\n\nproceeding.
