Where any interest in real property is acquired, an equal\n\ninterest shall be acquired in all buildings, structures or other\n\nimprovements located upon the real property which are required, by\n\nthe head of the acquiring entity, to be removed from such real\n\nproperty or which he determines to be adversely affected by the use\n\nto which such real property will be put.\n\nB. For the purpose of determining the just compensation to be\n\npaid for any building, structure or other improvement required to be\n\nacquired as by subsection A of this section, such building,\n\nstructure or other improvement shall be deemed to be a part of the\n\nreal property to be acquired notwithstanding the right or obligation\n\nof a tenant, as against the owner of any other interest in the real\n\nproperty, to remove such building, structure or improvement at the\n\nexpiration of his term, and the fair market value which such\n\nbuilding, structure or improvement contributes to the fair market\n\nvalue of the real property to be acquired or the fair market value\n\nof such building, structure or improvement for removal from the real\n\nproperty, whichever is the greater, shall be paid to the tenant\n\ntherefor.\n\nC. Payment under this section shall not result in duplication\n\nof any payments otherwise authorized by law. No such payment shall\n\nbe made unless the owner of the land involved disclaims all interest\n\nin the improvements of the tenant. In consideration for any such\n\npayment, the tenant shall assign, transfer and release to the\n\nacquiring entity all his right, title and interest in and to such\n\nimprovements.
