Stat. tit. 27, § 27-7.10","heading":"Public utility lines - Relocating, rerouting,","body":"construction changes, etc. - Expenses and expenditures\n\nIn the event a common carrier, in the exercise of the power of\n\neminent domain, or any other power granted hereunder, makes\n\nnecessary the relocation, raising, lowering, rerouting, or changing\n\nthe grade of, or altering the construction of any electric\n\ntransmission or telephone lines, railroads, or properties and\n\nfacilities, or pipeline, all such relocation, raising, lowering,\n\nrerouting, changing of grade or alteration of construction shall be\n\naccomplished at the sole expense of such common carrier .
