Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-1-2-103","heading":"Environmental Remediation Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Secretary of Energy and Environment or the successor cabinet\n\nposition having authority over the Department of Environmental\n\nQuality to be designated the \"Environmental Remediation Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nSecretary from Natural Resource Damage Assessments on behalf of the\n\nstate, pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection A of Section 1-2-101 of\n\nTitle 27A of the Oklahoma Statutes, that are not designated for\n\ndeposit to any other fund as authorized by law. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Secretary to perform the duties imposed\n\nby law.
