The Department of Environmental Quality shall maintain a\n\ncomputerized information system of water quality data, including but\n\nnot limited to the results of surface water and groundwater quality\n\nmonitoring in a manner that is accessible to the state environmental\n\nagencies and to the public.\n\nB. 1. Each state environmental agency shall submit the results\n\nof any water quality monitoring performed by the agency in readable\n\nelectronic format as determined by the Department pursuant to\n\nrecommendations of the State Water Quality Standards Implementation\n\nAdvisory Committee.\n\n2. All submitted data shall be in a format consistent with the\n\napplicable federal program.\n\n3.
