Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-1013","heading":"Central Treatment Trust (CTT) - Power to make election -","body":"CTT deemed \"publicly owned treatment works\" (POTW).\n\nA Central Treatment Trust, as defined in Section 2 of this act,\n\nis hereby granted the authority, exercisable by a duly enacted\n\nresolution of its Board of Trustees, to elect that its waste water\n\ntreatment facilities shall be deemed to constitute \"treatment works\"\n\nthat are publicly owned within the meaning of 33 U.S.C., Sections\n\n1292 and 1317(b). A CTT making such an election shall also be\n\ndeemed to own a \"publicly owned treatment works\", or \"POTW\", within\n\nthe meaning of 40 CFR, Section 403.3(o).
