The Department of Environmental Quality is hereby authorized\n\nto remove or dismantle any appurtenances connected to the\n\nDepartment's headquarters at 707 N. Robinson in downtown Oklahoma\n\nCity. Once the appurtenance is removed, the site may be used for a\n\nparking lot for employees of the Department of Environmental\n\nQuality.\n\nB. The Executive Director of the Department of Environmental\n\nQuality shall submit a report to the Speaker of the Oklahoma House\n\nof Representatives and President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State\n\nSenate within ninety (90) days of this act's effective date,\n\ndetailing the timeline and cost for dismantling the appurtenance,\n\nalong with the number of expected parking spaces to be constructed\n\ncompared to the number of spaces the Department needs.
