Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-10-301.2","heading":"Commercial composting facility - Permit","body":"No person shall operate a commercial composting facility without\n\na valid permit issued by the Department of Environmental Quality.\n\nThe Environmental Quality Board shall adopt rules establishing\n\nrequirements for the permitting and operation of commercial\n\ncomposting facilities. Such rules shall include, without\n\nlimitation, requirements relating to:\n\n1. Applicant disclosure information;\n\n2. Siting;\n\n3. Design, construction and operation;\n\n4. Water protection and water management, including groundwater\n\nmonitoring and stormwater control;\n\n5. Closure; and\n\n6.
