Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-10-402.1","heading":"Acceptance of municipal sewage sludge by municipal","body":"solid waste landfill.\n\nA. A municipal solid waste landfill shall not accept for\n\ndisposal any municipal sewage sludge unless:\n\n1. The sludge has been treated to meet Class B requirements for\n\npathogen reduction, as specified in Section 503.32 of Title 40 of\n\nthe Code of Federal Regulations; and\n\n2. The sludge is demonstrated not to contain free liquids\n\npursuant to the Paint Filter Liquids Test, EPA Method 9095, or any\n\nsuccessor free liquids test hereafter adopted by the United States\n\nEnvironmental Protection Agency and approved by the Department of\n\nEnvironmental Quality.\n\nB. The Department may refuse to renew, or may suspend or\n\nrevoke, a permit issued to a municipal solid waste landfill pursuant\n\nto the Oklahoma Solid Waste Management Act for willful violation of\n\nthe requirements of this section.
