Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-10-802.1","heading":"Application of reimbursement remainder to landfill","body":"closures.\n\nIn any fiscal year in which the amount reimbursed under\n\nparagraph 4 of subsection B of Section 2-10-802 of this title for\n\nthe costs of purchase and installation of wheel wash systems is less\n\nthan Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), the Department of\n\nEnvironmental Quality may apply any or all of the remainder toward\n\nthe proper closure of solid waste landfills that meet the following\n\ncriteria:\n\n1. The landfill is no longer in operation;\n\n2. The owner or operator of the landfill failed to provide\n\nsufficient financial assurance for proper closure of the landfill;\n\nand\n\n3.
