The Department of Environmental Quality shall use at least\n\nten percent (10%) of the annual income from the solid waste fees\n\nreceived under Section 2-10-802 of this title to assist in\n\nimplementing county solid waste management plans developed under\n\nSection 2-10-1001 of this title. The Department shall prioritize\n\nits assistance for enforcement, clean-up and prevention of\n\nunpermitted disposal sites, and the management of solid waste that\n\nis hard to dispose.\n\nB. The Department may consult with the Oklahoma Cooperative\n\nCircuit Engineering Districts Board and the Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity Cooperative Extension Service to assure that boards of\n\ncounty commissioners receive adequate administrative and technical\n\nsupport for implementing their county solid waste plans.\n\nC.
